Troubleshooting Sync with Apple Watch

Question 1: My Steps / Flights / Energy / Distance are not synced

You may not have allowed all the permissions while originally connecting Apple Health. Follow these steps to confirm that all permissions are allowed:

  • Open your iPhone’s Settings App
  • Navigate to Privacy ⇒ Health ⇒ wOS by Andie
  • Make sure that all the access buttons are switched on as shown below
Apple Watch Access

Question 2: None of my workout data from the watch is syncing

Make sure that the workout in the App matches the workout recorded by Watch. The app matches the workouts captured by the Watch based on the start and end  time reported by the Apple Watch. If there is more than a 15 minute lag in starting (or ending) the workout on the app and your Apple Watch,  the health data will not sync correctly. If your Watch Workout is not being captured by the wOS by Andie app, do the following steps:

  • Open the official Apple Fitness app on your iPhone
  • Make sure that the workout visible in the Fitness app has the same start and end time as the workout in the wOS by Andie app

Question 3: My Heart rate is not synced while my Calories are synced

Check the following settings on your Watch App:

  • Go to General
  • Make sure that Workout Power Saving Mode is OFF

Reporting Issues

Once you’ve confirmed both the things mentioned above and still can’t see your Heart Rate and Calories sync in the wOS by Andie app, please raise a report with the following information

  • Screenshot of the app permissions from “Settings ⇒ Privacy ⇒ Health ⇒ wOS by Andie
  • Screenshot of the workout that you did from the Apple Fitness app
